The 115th Christmas Bird Count season is upon us and once again Santa Barbara County is host to 5 count circles so you can stay as busy as you like participating in the longest running citizen science project in the county. Last year our species total was 222 counted by over 250 participants!
We’re making the CBC dinner even better by eliminating the potluck and offering you a catered dinner. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own food.
THE CATERED CHOICES: meat lasagna ($17.50) or vegetarian lasagna ($15). Both dinners include caesar salad, rolls, and a large cookie and will await you at 6:00 on Jan 3.
Be sure to sign up by Dec 23. (No dinners sold at the door.)
SBAS will be providing water, plates, knives, forks, and napkins, or be kind to the environment and bring your own. Enjoy and celebrate the success of our CBC!
